I’m so glad you’re here!
If you’re like me, you are working your tail off as a mom and as an entrepreneur. You often feel overwhelmed, stressed and unsure of yourself. It’s so challenging to juggle it all without feeling like you’re dropping balls left and right.
Other moms seem to have it way more together than you do, right? All you want is to not feel like you’re spread so thin. To feel present when you’re with your kids. To feel like you’re making real progress in your business. To not feel like you’re letting your household duties constantly slide. To stop doubting your abilities to create a life that fills you up. Well, I’m here to tell you…
You can do this!
My name is Deb McGranaghan. I made the decision to start my own business as a Virtual Assistant while on maternity leave after having my daughter. I knew that I wanted to be more present for my her than my job at the time would allow.
Transitioning to working from home was a long process for me. 16 months of working 32 hours at a job, working and taking classes in the evening all while taking care of a newborn wasn’t exactly easy. But I took baby steps and I pushed through. The day I gave my notice, I was on top of the world. Little did I know, my struggle was only beginning.
Oh, so much guilt…
Then, I started talking to other mompreneurs like me. I discovered something interesting.
I wasn’t alone.
I wasn’t the only mom out there who felt like I was doing everything all wrong. I wasn’t the only one struggling to get it all done. Trying to be present when I’m with my daughter yet distracted and wondering how I’ll get all of my client work done.
I knew that I had to help other mom’s not feel alone and to find the solutions they were looking for.
What is a prioritized life?
A prioritized life is one that centers around what is most important TO YOU. It’s not about comparing yourself to others who seem to be able to do it all (GUILTY). It’s about making choices that YOU are happy with. It’s about loving your life (and yourself) even if it isn’t perfect. It’s about letting go of the guilt of not doing everything right all the time. It’s allowing yourself the freedom to slip up, knowing that in the grand scheme of things, you’re still on the right track.
On My Prioritized Life, I will share lessons I’ve learned, solutions I’ve found, how-tos and helpful hacks. If you’re looking for help with:
- Deciding what really is important to you
- Letting go of guilt
- Ways to handle your responsibilities more efficiently
- Business/techie how-tos
- Finding other mom entrepreneurs who understand
- Delegating and letting things go
- Enjoying the journey
- Having fun in this process…
You’re in the right place. Together, we can do this.
